Welcome to IGVINTS. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within the United States.

Shipping Area

Currently, IGVINTS ships only within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is successfully received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes:

United States: 3–5 Business Days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

IGVINTS is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Please note that delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the shipping label

This will help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
